Charming, Charming, Charming
I was absolutely smitten with the charming ambiance, particularly the historical Captain Scott Room where we enjoyed breakfast filled with fresh fruits and delicious pastries. The Cinema Room with its retro vibes gave us the perfect cozy escape after a day of exploring. With friendly staff who went above and beyond, it felt like a warm hug throughout our stay!

Great stay in Cardiff
Had a fab night! The location's super central, perfect for shopping and trains. My room was clean, comfy bed, and loved the toiletries. The breakfast spread was awesome with loads of options and three toasters, such a simple but nice touch! The only thing was the dusty corners in the room could use some attention.

the room was really spacious n had a big tv, super comfy beds n a nice clean bathroom with a lovely shower. we loved the quietness n the location was spot on, close to everything! breakfast had a great amount of options, too!
only complaint was the heating in the room was way too high, n the elevator situation was kinda annoying with 2 lifts needed to get to the room.

Solid comfort in the rooms, especially the Standard Twin Room. The exact location is extremely convenient, right in the bustling city center, with various attractions and dining options within walking distance.
The price hiked significantly due to a nearby stadium event, making the small room feel overpriced at over £300 a night. the room presented some issues, constant vibrations from above that could distract from relaxation, ineffective air conditioning, and blackout curtains that would definitely be necessary for a good night's sleep. Those needing wheelchair access should note the two flights of stairs before reaching the elevator, which can be quite the hassle considering the overall accessibility of the building.

It was just a smart choice for a whistle-stop in Cardiff with very good value for money. The location is super convenient, and the double-glazing really keeps the noise out. For anyone traveling, be aware that the stairs to the reception can be a bit of a drag with luggage.
